The staff were friendly and very helpful. the hotel is conveniently located near the Anchorage airport. - Our room was spacious with extremely comfortable beds.

Nice room, check-in fair, have stayed there before not sure if I would stay there again.

When we got into our room we found we had no bath tub just a show. Called the front desk and was told they did not have any rooms with tubs. I told the front desk lady at the front desk that we had stayed there before and the rooms did have tubs. The lady at the front desk said she would get back to us.

Hotel's staff was super friendly and affable all the time. They offered us updated and huge rooms with a mini fridge as well as king size bed.

Quick check-in and late check-out options are available, the pool area is pleasant, and the location is convenient, with great facilities for visiting Snow Leopard Boutique.

Cleanliness

Very slow pick-up at the airport. We travelled from another time zone and it was very late for us when we arrived. The two reasons we stayed here was the shuttle from the airport and the customer comments were good.

Location was about an hour walk out of town but it was on a bus route and there were restaurants about 15 mins walk away. We hired bikes and it was a good location to access bike trails.

The internet was a bit slow and dropped off occasionally. The laundry service was unreliable

Coffee pots in the room were old could hear the people in the room above us maid knocked when the Do Not Disturb sign was still up at 10 A.M. 5th floor

The rooms here have been nicely updated, with spacious bathrooms and cozy beds.

The location was amazing - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast served was satisfactory, everything you could wish for, with cinnamon rolls and French toast, for example. Super-friendly and affable people were working here.

The breakfast choices were good with cinnamon rolls and French toast. the hotel's location was wonderful, not far from Anchorage, the flight path, and the restaurant. - Went to Applebee's for a drink or two, set within a close distance from the venue.
